“The Courage to be Fair”

Carlo Key for 2014 County Court at Law #11 Judge

Dedication to the law, principles and values are what led Carlo Key to becoming a judge, and more recently drove him to leave the Republican Party and put his name on the ballot as a Democrat in the upcoming 2014 election. Judge Key sympathizes with Republican ideas and believes strongly in “fiscal and personal responsibility.” However, he believes the right wing has taken hold of the Republican Party and does not foresee that to change in the near future.

Judge Carlo Key is the current presiding County Court at Law Judge for Bexar County Court #11 in San Antonio. Judge Key was first elected as a Republican in 2010 and made the decision to switch to the Democratic Party in October in hopes that others with similar principles and beliefs will follow his suit and cast their vote for him. Judge Key invites you to join in his campaign to keep dignity, fairness and respect at the forefront of the law.

Early voting period for the primary election is February 18-28, 2014. Democratic Primary election is March 4, 2014. General election day is Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
